ABOUT
Across 5000+ square feet of our 19th-century venue, guests ventured freely through the halls of the George H. Jones Company. Our sold-out production combined classic proscenium, site-specific, and experiential theatre around industrial monogamy and urban trauma.
Machinal tells the story of Helen Jones, an everywoman who attempts to escape monotonous urban life through an artificial—and abusive—marriage to her boss, George H. Jones.
Performances at The George H. Jones Company, 4 Fountain Square, Larchmont.
The runtime is between 2 hours and 2.5 hours.
This production contains mature content and themes including postpartum depression, domestic abuse, self-harm, and murder.
